Note: The following is general information only for the All Forces National Bodybuilding, Women's Physique, Men's Physique, Figure & Bikini Championships. It is not intended to supersede or replace any entry form information. Please call for or download an official entry form. Entry fee is $90 with an additional late fee of $40 if entry is turned in day of event or is postmarked after the closing date on entry form (1 week prior to event). Additionally, every athlete must purchase an NPC card which is $100 payable at check-ins, day of event and payable to the "National Physique Committee". The NPC card is good for the "calendar year".
General Information
Ticket Prices
- No video equipment will be allowed in the auditorium
- No professional photography is allowed.
- No soliciting of photo or video services is allowed on the premises.
- No camera bags, tripods and other equipment is allowed in the auditorium.
- Spectators who have purchased a ticket are allowed access to the event with one (1) camera only

| Eligibility: |
This competition is open to all NPC registered athletes who meet the following requirements:
1. Possess a current NPC card (unregistered athletes may purchase cards for $100.00, which is valid thru December 31, 2012). NPC cards available at check-in.
2. All competitors must be 18 years or older on the day of the contest. Masters must show proof of age, i.e., driver’s license, birth certificate.
3. All AF competitors must be active duty, all reserves and national guardsmen, dependents, or retired military.
4. Prior Service Men’s Division must present DD-214 at checkins day of contest.
5. All Figure competitors must be over 18 years years old on the day of the contest.

Children that will NOT occupy a seat are free.
Purchase tickets for children, military & seniors at full price in advance from our website. Bring tickets along with ID to box office day of contest for children, military and senior discount of $10 off up to 2 prejudging and 2 finals tickets.
Day of contest discount purchases for military, children and seniors is based on availability at time of purchase.
